Article 4: Information management
After handing over the service administration parameters to users, Buso is not responsible and does not guarantee the accuracy of the information from the user's software or website. Buso is not liable and compensates users and third parties for direct, indirect, unintentional, special, intangible damages, profits, revenue, prestige credits arising from the use of Buso's products and services.
Article 5: Suspension of service provision
Buso reserves the right to discontinue the service without refunding any charges in the following cases:
- Users use the software / website for any purpose / form to violate the law of Vietnam, especially about software copyrights, songs ...
- Users submit, link or feed data that is illegal, threatening, deceiving, hateful, defamatory, obscene, obscene, obscene ... or otherwise. otherwise prohibited by Vietnamese law in any way.
- The user stores and transmits any data that constitutes or encourages all forms of crime; or data that violates patent, trademark, design rights, copyright or any intellectual property rights or the rights of any individual.

Article 6: Administration account management

Article 7: Affiliate accounts
A user who introduces 3 or more software / website contracts is allowed to withdraw money from his account.
Article 8: Use of email
- User must be solely responsible for the content of emails sent from the mailbox in their account.
- You provide email and subscribe to the trial means that you agree to receive email marketing from Buso.
Article 9: Regulations on website footer
The website after completion and handover to the Customer is confirmed by the words "Provided by Buso" with a link to the homepage of Buso and the nofollow mode at the foot of the website page. Warranty for other products, this confirms Buso's responsibility as well as guarantees the right to use after-sales support services for the website.
Article 10: Buso's responsibility to stop providing the service

Article 11: Dispute settlement, applicable law
During the use process, if there is a dispute between the user and our company, the two sides will negotiate to mediate with a friendly spirit. In the case that the settlement cannot be resolved by mediation, the Economic Court of Ho Chi Minh City will be resolved.

- Shipping partner: An organization that has been licensed to provide postal services and / or to transport postal articles according to the provisions of the Postal Law, and has signed a cooperation contract with Buso.
- Service: Transport partner's integrated transport service is integrated on Buso system.
- Customer: A customer of Buso using the carrier's shipping service (integrated on Buso's system).
- Recipient: is the receiver of the Items sent by the Customer through the shipping partner's shipping network.
- Goods: Products, articles .... are transported at the request of the Customer, not including products, items ... that are prohibited or restricted from trading / transport in accordance with law.
- Postage: is a parcel of goods handed over by the customer to the shipping partner for postal services.
- Parties: Customers, shipping partners and Buso.
- Cooperation contract (hereinafter referred to as "Contract"): A contract and appendices as well as any amendments and supplements in writing, on the provision and use of transportation services by Buso and a shipping partner established and signed, or made and signed by a Customer and a shipping partner.
Article 2. Carrier's Integrated Carriage
Unless the context of this Article otherwise provides, the following words and terms in these Terms shall have the following meanings:

Article 3. Application push process
- Step 1: Customers access the screen Create online form. Fill in the fields Customer information, Order information, Product information, Payment confirmation.
- Step 2: At the section of Packing and Delivery> Choose the form of delivery> Integrated transport services, complete the Package Information and Choose the most optimal shipping unit
- Step 3: Complete the delivery information to the carrier selected in step 2. Click Create Order and Browse> Confirm Order Creation and Delivery.
In addition, the Client can access the screen of Order List> Select an order with Order status is Active> At the order details, click Delivery and complete the information as in steps 2 and 3 above.
When sending an application to a carrier through the Buso gateway, it is responsible for providing complete information about the Shipment as required by the system and the carrier's regulations from time to time.

Article 4. Commodity Regulations
Customer must ensure that all Items transported by the shipping partner comply with the laws of Vietnam and the carrier's specific regulations on prohibited items, restrictions on shipping / carriage. flight conditions and goods. Otherwise, Buso will not be liable when goods are seized, destroyed, not transported or delayed. The customer will be solely responsible for compensating Buso / carrier and responsible before the Law of Vietnam when sending goods in violation of this Regulation and the Law of Vietnam.

Article 5. Packing Regulations
Customers must comply with packing regulations set forth by shipping partners to ensure the safety of goods during transport from Customer to Receiver. Proper packaging helps protect goods, reduce returns, and save costs for customers. When an incident occurs in the transportation process, regulations on packaging of goods are used as a basis for reference of liability between Customer - Shipping Partner - Receiver.
Specific packing regulations of each shipping partner that the customer has signed a shipping contract such as: Fast delivery, and GrabExpress. ....
Article 6. Provisions on goods complaints and bills of lading
For matters related to shipping postal items, Customer will contact directly to the relevant department of shipping partner.
Claim time limit, method and specific complaint process of each shipping partner: Viettel Post, VNPost (EMS Package) / (Parcel Package), Fast Delivery, GrabExpress and Ahamove.
Article 7. Compensation Provisions
If the parcel is lost or damaged, it will be verified, verified by the direct shipping partner, responded to the level of compensation and compensated (if any).
Specific compensation policy of each shipping partner: VNPost (EMS Package) / (Parcel Package), Fast Delivery, GrabExpress and Ahamove.
Article 8. Responsibilities of Buso
- Ensure stable integration with shipping partners, Customer's order information is accurately, completely and timely transferred to shipping partners.
- Coordinate with shipping partners to assist customers in case of pushing the order to the shipping partner having problems caused by technical errors from the parties.
- Ensuring the confidentiality of information and safety with the postal article during the time the Customer uses the Service.
Article 9. Dispute settlement
During the use of the Service, if there is a dispute between the Customer and Buso, the two parties will negotiate to mediate with a friendly spirit. In the event that the settlement cannot be resolved by mediation, the Hanoi Economic Court will be brought to the dispute.
Article 10. Terms of application & commitment
This Terms of Use takes effect from the date it is posted on Buso's official website. Buso reserves the right to adjust, modify, and supplement the content to suit the actual operation or / and in accordance with the law by posting adjusted / modified / supplemented content on the main website. stay awake. The Customer continues to use the Service after modifications / modifications / additions are posted, meaning that the Customer agrees to comply with such modifications / amendments / supplements.
